I hold a City and Guilds qualification in Childhood Obesity, Allergies and Intolerances, and Sports and Exercise. This comprehensive training has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support a wide range of nutritional needs and fitness goals.

In addition to my professional qualifications, I have over 30 years of experience in physical training, including resistance training and calisthenics. This extensive background allows me to provide well-rounded advice that encompasses both nutrition and fitness, ensuring a holistic approach to health and wellness.
